The program will include Buddha's teaching, sitting, standing and walking meditation with instructions and individual interview. Yoga exercises are included with instructions.
Please wear loose comfortable cloths, preferably white to honor Thai Buddhist's tradition. Bring a meditation cushion. Breakfast and lunches are provided. Undertaking the Eight Precepts and no solid meal after 12:00 noon. Milk, juice, tea and water will be provided all day.

Feb. 9-2008
08.30 a.m. Arrive the temple.
08.45 a.m. Registration.
09:00 a.m. Morning chanting in Pali Language with the Thai translation with the Sangha.
09.30 a.m. Taking eight precepts and Introduction to meditation practice.
10-11.00 a.m. Keep practicing (Sitting, Walking, Standing) moment to moment mindfulness until lunch time.
11:00 a.m. Offer food to monks and meditation practitioners.
1.00-4:00 p.m. Mindfulness with moving including sitting, walking, standing and lying meditation.
4:00-5:00 p.m. Questions and answers, individually interview.
5:00-6:00p.m. Break time (tea, juice, soft drink)
6:00 p.m. Evening chanting in Pali Language with the Thai translation with the Sangha.
7:00-9:00 p.m. Yoga exercise and practicing moment to moment mindfulness until bedtime.

4:30 a.m. Wake up call
5:00 a.m. Meditation (sitting, walking and standing)
6:00 a.m. Morning chanting in Pali Language with the Thai translation with the Sangha.
7:00 a.m. Breakfast with mindfulness
8:30 a.m. Dhamma talk and practicing with sitting, walking, standing meditation.
11:00 a.m. Offer food to monks and meditation practitioners.
1.00-3:00 p.m. Mindfulness with moving including sitting, walking, standing meditation and Dhamma Talk. Questions and answers.
4:00 p.m. Closing ceremony. Go back home with happily and safely.
